Welcome to PATH — Petras Apostolic Training Hub, a Scripture-grounded journey of discipleship, formation, and preparation for service. PATH is designed to equip believers to grow in maturity, identity, and faithful stewardship of calling.
Discipleship
PATH begins with a return to biblical foundations. This phase emphasizes Scripture, obedience to Christ, and the development of a disciplined spiritual life rooted in truth.
Formation
Through intentional teaching and guided practice, participants are shaped in character, identity, and discernment. Formation focuses on who we are becoming, not merely what we are learning.
Commission
PATH prepares believers to walk faithfully in their God-given calling. This training equips participants for service within the Body of Christ, grounded in humility, maturity, and stewardship.
PATH—Petras Apostolic Training Hub—is a one-year, Scripture-grounded journey designed to cultivate discipleship, spiritual formation, and readiness for service. PATH is not a course to complete, but a process to walk, built upon biblical foundations and intentional progression.
Participants are guided through structured teaching, reflection, and preparation that emphasizes identity in Christ, maturity of faith, and faithful stewardship of calling. Each phase builds upon the last, creating a clear and purposeful path toward readiness for service and commissioning.
Our story

PETRAS Apostolic Training Hub was born out of years of prayer, study, and observation within the life of the Church. Over time, it became clear that while many believers were hungry for growth, few had access to intentional training in spiritual gifts, identity in Christ, and mature discipleship. PATH emerged in response to that need.
This vision developed over more than five years of research, preparation, and discernment. The goal was never to add another program, but to create a structured training environment where believers could be formed biblically, grow in discernment, and understand their place within God’s design for the Church and the world.
PATH addresses areas often left unexplored—training in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, understanding identity in Christ, and recognizing how faith intersects with influence and service within society. These elements work together to help believers walk with clarity, purpose, and spiritual maturity.
Founded by Paula K. Mitchell, PETRAS Apostolic Training Hub operates under an apostolic mantle, with a heart to equip and prepare the saints for faithful service. PATH is currently offered online, with future in-person opportunities to be revealed in the Lord’s timing. Training and teaching are also shared through the Petras Apostolic ministry on TikTok, extending this mission beyond the classroom.

Semester One establishes the biblical and spiritual foundations necessary for growth and maturity in Christ. This phase focuses on grounding participants in Scripture, cultivating spiritual disciplines, and developing a clear understanding of discipleship as a lived, daily walk with Jesus. The emphasis is on formation, not performance—laying a strong foundation upon which everything else in PATH is built.
Throughout this semester, participants engage with themes such as following Christ, identity in Him, the authority of Scripture, and life in the Spirit. Weekly teachings are designed to build progressively, creating space for reflection, obedience, and spiritual alignment. This semester prepares the way for deeper formation in the seasons that follow.

This phase helps participants move beyond individual faith into a deeper awareness of how God places believers within community, purpose, and spiritual order. Emphasis is placed on biblical identity, unity, and maturity in relationship with others.
Throughout this semester, participants explore what it means to live from a secure identity in Christ while recognizing diverse roles and callings within the Body.
